Placing an Order:

We have attempted to make ordering from Fran's Quilting Services as easy as possible. With that in mind, we have provided 3 different ways to order patterns and/or quilt kits through Fran's Quilting Services:

Download, print and mail the order form including a cheque or money order for payment. Address: Fran's Quilting Services 60 Sparrow Way Ottawa, Ontario K1V 9H5 (You will need the free Adobe Reader, available here.)	Call the Studio at 733-7865 Payment arrangements will be made when your order is placed.	Send an email to franquilts@rogers.com OR Use the Paypal option available on both the patterns and kits pages.

All shipping and handling charges are extra. Orders will be shipped once payment has been received. Fees are as following:

Privacy Protection and Security:

We don't share, trade or sell your contact information to any third party. We also respect your email address and will not willfully send you messages above and beyond what you have requested. We send emails to customers only when it regards a specific order or enquiry. Please order with confidence.

Customs:

International buyers outside of Canada may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties and local sales tax which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance and tax must be borne by the buyers. We cannot determine what the duties and charges will be. Buyers should contact their local customs office, courier companies or post office for further information.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If you wish to return an item (within 10 days of purchase) that has not been used, please advise us by email or telephone, return the product and a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be mailed to you within 10 days.
